Great news to kick off the weekend: Steem continues to skyrocket - current price $4.45!
Hi everyone,
It was just days ago when I shared the awesome news with you about Huobi, a renowned Chinese cryptocurrency exchange, adding Steem to their trading platform. Within hours after this news was released, Steem price pumped to $3,80 before settling down a bit to about $3,30.
However, the upward trend seems to continue. Actually, "upward trend" is rather inadequate term because what we are experiencing right now can only be described as some serious skyrocketing with the current price of Steem being nowhere lower than $4,45! As you can see, Steem also found its way into the top 25 world cryptos, which is great.
Let us see what the next few days and weeks bring but I have a strong feeling that we are up for some really exciting times. What are your estimates, my Steemit fellows, where do you see Steem by the end of the next month? Let me know in the comments.

The thing is it was just the chaos what peeople at wallstreet had created. we don't need to worry about what is going on or what conditons we have at the moment. Just believe on your technology and you will see one day we will go up like a boom. For Steem, I think specifically in this year that time is going to be the interesting when SMT's get launched.

Well, Steem is just the best cryptocurrency. So it will probably go soon to 100 US$ or more I guess and BTC will no longer be the number 1 platform. but Steemit.com
I wish you were right:)... However, I do not see any coin over-taking BTC any time soon which is still good:).... Steem will definitely hit 100 USD at on point but not any time soon... A couple of years would be more realistic and a great success!
This will surely attract more much needed attention to the platform. I do think a market correction is coming but overall very positive. Still waiting for mass adoption but until then I’ll continue to ride the wave! :)
