Okay! STEEM is trending down below $.05... Now what?
Got any bright ideas about what to do?
I will say it again, there needs to be a HARD FORK to change the current rewards pool.
When the price of STEEM is this depressed, we have to honestly make changes to separate the crypto exchange from the rewards payout system for posting and curating content.
That is what we do, but to be undermined with low prices for STEEM, that's not good at all!

What's gonna happen to the value of the smart contract tokens we earn?
I really like Steem Leo and Sports Talk Social... These two tribes have really been strong so far.
In fact, these are the two that payout rewards every day via Steem-Engine token exchange.
Neoxian is another tribe that is beginning to reward daily through the exchange.
As long as that happens and other new tribe tokens are issued, I hope we will all be good to go for the age of abundance!
The general consensus is to earn the tribe tokens and stake them for future returns in staked value.
Like many of the Steemians that been around for a while, this next hard fork could be the nail in the coffin for newbies ever having a blogging chance to earn good crypto rewards on the Steem blockchain.
Our only chance is that the witnesses have to approve the HF21... If that fails, earning Steem rewards will be a tough task.
What are your thoughts?
Downvoted because this is largely a discussion on steem price/ tokens/ steem-engine there just isn't enough sports in it to justify the sportstalk tag and if we really want to maintain the value in the tribes we don't want to abuse the tags

I disagree with that assessment because every tag is relevant when mentioning the tribe. We do not decide there are too many tags for a tribe... Who makes that call anyway? ...Maybe that is something that needs to be addressed by Steemian Witnesses. So, if a tribe has 3 or more tags relevant to the posting, what factors decide how many tags to use?
No it's not revenge! If you are the "spamfarmer", what does that mean exactly because whatever you are doing I understand triggered the last Downvote Flag War!
So, an etiquette on your part is required, if you are some kind of tribe police or spam enforcement!
A mention of the fact that I don't have enough content to use that many tags would be better in my opinion... It's not a problem to edit the posting to add more content or delete the tag... But, downvote flagging is first order?
Furthermore, some of the purposes of the tribes are vague... It's mirky and hard to know exactly how to tag the post.
It will eventually, work itself out, but not before Downvote Flag War happens in my opinion... I'm not here for that ~ so help yourselves...
Earning cryptocurrency is a whole lot simpler and less complicated on other platforms anyway!
In the meantime, STEEM price keeps dropping! ...Little to NO on-boarding of new accounts! ...HF21 is coming that may make the revenge flagging the most exciting activity on the blogging platforms of STEEM blockchain!

What this is is you mis-using a tag in the hopes of gaining rewards.
You say the purposes of some of the tribes are unclear?
Not this one, it's for sports. Not for you to mention the token in passing and hope to reap some reward.
