STEEM Community Scores 17% on Coin Gecko

Coin Geko is a web site that scores all cryptocurrencies based on a composite score of several factors. Two that stand out are the developer rating and the other is the community rating. The Steem developers are rated an 86 out of a hundred. Not bad. One of the highest scores for developers, Bitcoin is a 98 and Ethereum is a 93. They are the two highest developers. When it comes to the community rating, Bitcoin is an 87 and the Etherium community scores a 69. The overall score for Bitcoin is 91 and for Ethereum 82. So out of the top 100, Steem has an overall composite score ranking of 47. How is that possible with such an able development team? Well I'll tell you why. Our Steem community score is 17 out of 100. It is the second lowest score of the top 100 currencies. We have these absurd flame wars going on and fights over compensation that are out right juvenile. If something is not done to end this nonsense, we will never become a valuable player in this very competitive field. I have made a lot of money trading on the advice and information given freely by my fellow STEEMERS. When not putting up science posts, I have given crypto info as well. There needs to be a way to prevent this childish in fighting. We are the worst rated community out of the top 100 except for SONM with a 15 rating for their community. Given that our development team earned an 86, is it too much to ask this gifted team to stop the bullying and trash talk? I am not a tech guy or I would make suggestions, as some have. There are a few abusive individuals who are making us a laughing stock. We either police ourselves or risk becoming irrelevant. Come on STEEM, we are better than this. A 17? Really? Let's get our act together. We have a fabulous platform with some really talented members. We need to stop the few from making us look bad. Does anyone know how we can fix this? We are about to start the New Year. Let's make 2018 the year that STEEM gets into the top 10. Only the community can make it happen. HODL everybody!!
I have to agree, we are better than this. Come on STEEM, let's clean up our act. We have the power to become great unless we fail to hold people accountable. No more flame wars, please.

STOPThe evaluation mechanism itself is not perfect here. There is no clear and straight line. Many robots that decide instead of people. And in general, everything is directed at the fact that the participants poured their real money here, so as not to be outcasts.
Steem is going to top 10 in 2018 .
Ok, OK, I just bought 777 in STEEM. That is the jackpot on Flaming 7's in Vegas. Hope you are right. Haejin recently did a chart on STEEM that looks good.
This is the only social media using crypto currency , but don't put all your money in one basket . Invest on those cryptos that have real life use like steem, Vechain , wabi and others . Do your own research .
