Its a good utility though not without some drawbacks. Looks like its down at the moment but I signed up when there was only around 800 or so users. Its improved a fair bit but still has plenty of room to grow.
Sometimes its hard to find posts I like to upvote or users to follow. . Have to also admit phases of just clicking on things based on face value to quickly build up points. After a few hundred follows you start see a lot of repeat profile images/account desciptions across several users which puts a question of how many genuine users are on there and how many are bots/fake profiles.
