44 Steem$ to Litecoin
Just to inform you:
I converted 44 Steem$ to aprox. 0.6 LTC - to make our first purchase rdy. to go. (via the internal system blocktrades)
However I will wait a bit with it hoping LTC goes up again to 70 US $+ ... but if that happens I am rdy to go ;).
This is just a message to offer the promised transparency of this project.

just the conversion rate seems to be quite high. i would have traded them directly, should be even more safe to do it with steems escrow function. maybe that is something to consider for the next conversions. i am sure more people are willing to accept a slighty worse conversion rate in favor of #charity
yeah, escrowed conversions would be great!

nice atm lte isnt as far down at Eth imo but LTC should be 100 after christmas maybe before good buy hold that steam steam is low atm too but so is BTC and LTC so hold for a week and see where it is before you spend it (IMO) to get more for the kids
