GOALS are a great thing to aim for in life and Goal setting should be on top of everyone's list of priorities if they want to achieve more in life.
In this YouTube Video I talk with my colleague Shaun and we go into How to set Goals and write down our goals for 5 categories that have a great impact in life.
The main reason to set goals is to give you targets to aim for in life and as you move towards them you became more efficient, accomplished and most important of all happy.
Happiness should be your main focus in life anyway but there are things to aim for besides that as a bonus.
Personally, I believe that the goals you set should be fun and emotionally appealing for you so the energy and the emotion pull you towards the goal.
