I am pretty sure that the reality of needing to report Steem transactions will hit the community all at once when the IRS starts going after cryptocurrency tax evaders.

It's just a matter of time. The SEC and CFTC already are targeting exchanges and ICO projects.

For some reason this post got a lot more upvotes than the other one and I tend to think it's because people don't like taxes!!
