Negative bandwidth, is that even possible?

I always have steemd (thanks @roadscape) open to monitor what's happening on my account.

Now I saw apparently it is possible to have negative bandwidth?

If that is so, this post should not be placed, let's see what's happening.

EDIT: kewl, after posting this my bandwidth increases; @roadscape, is there a mistake in steemd?
