people game the system with bots, and buying whale votes. Whats to stop me from creating two accounts, deposit
$100,000 Steam power in both and just upvoting each other 100%? This is one issue I have with steem. I think it can be gamed, is being gamed, and will continue to be gamed.

    What can stop you is public transactions and users noticing it and using their flags to defend the reward pool from obvious gaming of it.
