Steem price pump due to Hardfork 20?

As everyone have noticed, the price of STEEM went up to more than $1.00 in less than 24 hours. I was surprised by this when I checked coinmarketcap the moment I woke up.

Hardfork 20 is scheduled to take place today, September 25 at 11:00 AM EST (Source, coinmarketcal.com). Also visit @steemitblog regarding this Hardfork 20 update for more information.

Could this be the reason why the price of steem pump up to more than 20% this morning? Do you think that the price would even go higher?
