Just got a question. And decided to have an answer.
This post is about nothing. It does not have any usefull info here. This is just to see how many people we have here who doesn't read anything, doesn't care what's inside and just upvotes for nothing, or may be bots, not real people. It's interesting for me.
Then why do you even post? I do care about what's inside but it's a chaos for now.

Well, 6 folks voted you including yourself, and there was an extra which voted you negatively so it's counted like you have 5 votes. A down-vote takes a vote, it doesn't add up. It's showing .02 because my vote is usually worth .02 to new posts, the value of each vote is determinated by the amount of SteemPower(VESTs) one has. You should just search the terms i mentioned for a deeper comprehension of the terms, there is many great posts out there :).
Maybe the votes are for the discussion you pose...
