RE: The Steem-Powered Web Will Turn Musicians From “Unpaid Interns” to Paid Employees of Society
Hey, thanks for this one, matt:) Any thoughts on the upcoming Minds token?
I really have no interest in the entertainment industry anymore per se ( that sometimes happens to old people) but I still have my talents (whatever they may be) and think blockchain tech could be a supplement to a pension or even better- a basic income.
I do think you've hit some nails squarely on the head here: the economic problems are mainly about wealth distribution and that coupled with everyone having fair and equitable access to opportunity.
I haven't heard anything about the Minds token yet to be honest. What is it for?
Minds is a social media platform that came online around the same time as Steem. It's a point reward system at this time but they released an email last month saying they will release a token white paper soon. I double post some of my stuff there but the site, in general, I don't find as friendly. Bill Ottman seems to be the man in those parts.
