I need your opinion: setting up a charity for a school in Tirol Brasil - only with crypto
I like to set up - as an experiment and proof of concept that it is possible to organise a charity that is only done on the blockchain.
The research question would be: is it possible to buy computers and software for a rather poor school only using cryptocoins.
A: setting up a steem Account with regular postings about the situation of the school, that gets upvotes which will be used to buy computers on 2nd hand marked
B: donations with litecoin / bitcoin / etc / eth / Monero / dash on a steem article showing the QR Codes and adresses. Donations will be used to buy 2nd and 1st hand computers, paying the technicans that set it up, transport etc ...
I would choose a school in Tirol - but not Tirol in Austria but Tirol in Brasil. We had last year a talk at frog conference in Vienna that kind of showed the poor situation on the one hand but the motivation of the pupils there to work with computers.
Everything - all Transaktions - are written down in steem articles. 100 % transparency - no overhead or personal costs for me and my friends organising it.
The only rule is that everything has to be handled with crypto - as a usecase showing impact of cryptocurrencies on the one side and steem on the other side.

STOPHmm depending on how much attention this would get, option "B" could bring in quite a lot of donations. If this is successful, more people will be interested in the blockchain because they will realize the potential it has. I really hope this works out as expected :)

ehrlich gesagt stelle ich mir das ziemlich schwierig vor, abgesehn von dem kapital ist die große entfernung ein problem um laufend am neuen zu sein, logistik und transport sind sehr zeitaufwendig.
einschulungskurse, reperatur service, gesetzte etc. viel über das man nachdenken muss-- möglich ja vorrausgesetzt ein mehrköpfiges team steht dahinter .
Es wären ich und ein Forschungspartner in Brasilien :). Eine gewisse Schwierigkeit soll ja dahinterstecken sonst wäre es fad. Die Frage ist ob es den Versuch wert ist :). Ich glaube schon freue mich aber über die vielen Meinungen hier. Ich möchte aufzeigen, dass Crypto für weltweite vorhaben funktioniert und eingesetzt werden kann. Und weiters möchte ich zeigen wie 100 % charity tatsächlich funktioniert. Oft denke ich mir bei Charity-Unternehmen: "Was macht ihr so alles mit dem Geld genau" :) ?
Ist eine großartige Initiative! Mit einer Bestätigung dieser noblen Idee wirst du möglicherweise etwas Missgunst ernten, aber wie schon erwähnt, sind da riesige Spielräume, die man sicher nicht gerne hergibt :-) Habe in meiner Tätigkeit schon einige Spenden-Veranstaltungen umrahmt, nobel gings da selten zu...
Umso wichtiger sind aber genau solche Projekte!

Hallo, kannst du mir an [email protected] mailen bzgl. unseres milchshakes :). Was war dein Ersatztermin zu 11.08 - ich hab leider jetzt am 11.8. einen Termin in Wien in der Früh reinbekommen :(. Freu mich aber schon sehr auf ein treffen. Ich hab nämlich seit einigen Monaten ein Idee für ein cryptobörsenspiel und ich glaube es ist dem ähnlich was du in deiner eigenen Timeline machst ;). Wir können uns in Wien oder eben Krems grundsätzlich treffen. Oder auch mal einfach skypen.

dogecoin hat es schon vorgemacht wie es gehen kann - soweit ich mich erinnere hat die community viele ihre coins zusammengetan und brunnen in Kenia gebaut sowie einen Nascar Fahrer gesponsert -beides hat jeweils 50.000 tausend dollar gekostet.
ja davon habe ich eben auch schon gehört, also kann steem hier sicher mitziehen. ich werde das mal angehen und hoffe dass es funktioniert. ;). danke für dein feedback. freue mich dann über jedes "upvote" der speziell dafür eingerichteten seite wenn es soweit ist ;).
Nice initiative you are taking, but can you buy stuff from crypto in Tirol
that is what we have to test, to find people in brasil selling computers for cryptos, and to find technicans to set it up there for free or for cryptos. but all that would be my job (to handle the process while people donate - this is part of the research questions). worst case: Transfer to USD, buy and ship ... the school would have the computers, but the project itself would have proofed that its not possible or not easy at least.
i think its a best way to help and donation for thats bcz no one feel trouble in this path only at steem post get upvote which make some huge money...i choose a and i thought this is best @alexpfeiffer sir

to which topic? my opinion to my proposal is to test if you can set up a charity worldwide 100 % transperent only using digital currencies.

Bei der b variant könnte durch steemdontions alleine eine Große summe zusammenkommen.
ja das wäre schön, A und B gehören natürlich zusammen, Steemit ist der "HUB", das Schaltzentrum für die Aktion. Von hier wird alles auf die anderen Socialen Medien geteilt, hier findet die permanente Auflistung und der Statusbericht statt. Ich bin gespannt. wäre schon 5-10 gebruachte Computer kaufen zu können und dort aufzubauen.
