How can we make steemit a happier place this new year 2018?
So in this New Year lets make steemit better and happier this year. This is our platform and we all should proud to be steemians, so why not take part n making steemit more worthy and happierplace for every existing and upcoming member.
Its our platform so lets join together and make it awesome this year.
By doing these simple things we can make steemit a lot more happier place this year.
• Lets keep flagging for only copy pasted contents.
Better option is not to involve in the flag wars, if involved lets only keep it only to copy pasted contents which are really bad for original hardworking authors.
Down-voting to a post you think is not worth is senseless as swimming lessons are worthless for a fish but good for a monkeys.
• Lets avoid bot votings:
In this New Year let’s avoid bot voting, I know people use it to up-vote their post to show-off as it is worth reading but let’s be loyal and keep our post original and also support other original authors who are avoiding bot votes.
• In this New Year let’s stop blind up-votes for more curation reward:
Let’s make steemit a worthy platform where good posts from hardworking authors were read by others and suitable rewards are given.
• Lets support newbie’s by reading one #introduceyourself post a day:
This is our platform so let’s support our new members by reading just one #introduceyourself post a day it’s not a big deal. Thus our new members will be happy and it encourages more people to join this beautiful platform.
• In this New Year lets help our members which have reputation less than 35 by just reading one post a day
Let’s grow our community by helping less reputed original authors to grow and keep writing their good contents. Thus no one gets de-motivated and it also helps to create a positive image of our platform so people listen about it and love to join our platform.
• In this year lets promote steemit to other social media platforms as well as in our locality, so to increase our community:
Let’s promote steemit on which ever social media platforms we are using and also in our locality so more and more good authors join our platform.
• And finally involving everyone in our open-source projects of making steemit a worthy and happier place:
Me and my few friends are working on making a discord group and website where we do all above stated things as well as some technical projects like making bots and few websites to help steemians all these projects are open-source and anyone can join us to take part in this awesome work or you can join us for learning purpose also.
We are introducing our platform soon and we need your support to make steemit much happier this year.
So these all the easy things we can do to make our steemit platform happier this year you can also call it as “NEW YEAR’S STEEMIT RESOLUTION”.

I'm guilty of the bot voting and that's cos we try so much to get contents and at the end, we get little or no support at all. Well, I guess with this post, I'd have to get organic rewards for my contents. Thanks alot dear.

I think an amazing year is infront of us :) Great post, we definitely need to help each other and make platform even better. Supporting new people with great content is a must, but there are many great curators hunting for those pearls. Happy, peaceful and succsessful New year to you as well bud. :)

Those are good incentives! Although, I do not think all bots are bad — I sometimes use a couple of the better bots to resteem my posts and increase the value with an upvote which gives EVERYONE who interacts with my posts more money, even those who upvote/comment me. So, it is good for everyone. But yes, welcoming new members, encouraging quality content, promoting Steemit, yes, all of those are excellent suggestions! Blessings to you in the coming year! 😊
