My reason for delegating was the hope that @steem-ua would spread the votes around to quality content producers.

That was my reason for delegating too. I don't post 4/times a week to justify my small 100 SP delegation, but I thought the algorithm would be used to support other users. IF their logic changed recently, it is very skewed toward users posting with the #utopian-io tag.
