Everyone has a certain ritual for their start of the day, especially the morning routine is the most important. Slowly once we are grown up we have the same steps, we wake up going to bathroom, making us fresh and then the next in order to get more energy we need to have some drink.
Some of us have breakfast and we also learnt from childhood from our parents that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and that we all need to have breakfast.
Slowly some of us get changed, like in my and my hubby situation, we have just some coffee or tea and then I go to my work.
After we have handover at work, the next is to get some coffee, we are lucky that we have coffee from coffee beans, coffee pads or if someone prefer instant coffee it is also available too. Many of colleagues prefer tea and there are also variety of tea, mainly black tea that here people love to have with milk.
For me, coffee before my activities like before surgery, endoscopy or clinic is very important, because often we do not know how much the procedure or operation will last, sometimes it could be hours like six or eight hours. That is why it is better to have coffee, I usually put some milk and sugar in my coffee. That is why my logo for the day is start your morning with good cup of coffee or tea.
