Dublin Steem Meetup!
Continuing the recent trend last night's Steem meetup in The Duke Bar was a great success!

It was my first time meeting @condra in person, and it was made even better to meet new completely new users who are just very intrigued and excited about the platform! I wasn't sure if there'd even be 4 people at the meet up a week ago. I love the fact that Steem is spreading among so many creative types, with amateur photographers, modelling and @ammonite even does sand sculpting! I'm looking forward to some introduceyourself posts :-)
One topic that was discussed was the idea that we could expand the @steem-dublin account out a bit by delegating posting and voting authority to more users. It could make it easier for Irish Steemians to support each other in an organized way.
Aside from everyone who attended, we got several messages in the last week from other new people in Dublin who couldn't quite make this one, but we'll be keeping you informed for the next. Stay tuned!

Amazing. Meeting up is coming more often nowadays. Lots of people are getting more and more excited with the platform.
We also have our 1st meetup in cebu philippines last week.

2nd meetup will be this coming july 9 and hopefully this time with a larger audience to promote steemit. I will be writing about the upcoming event hopefully to gain support for the community.

I'm in London this weekend, going to get back over for one eventually though! Can't find the same standard of Guinness here in the UK being one good reason ;)
