Religious Warfare

When someone mentions religious warfare, the first thing that pops into my head is religious deities playing Call of Duty. It makes so much sense doesn't it? Of course it does. I think that is that best way to describe how war degrades the value of life. During a match of Call of Duty, which is typically only 10 minutes long, I average around 20 deaths and 19 kills. I am not the best, but I hover around a 1:1 Kill to death ratio. My mind thinks that as long as I kill as many as I get killed that I am good for increasing my rank. That I believe creates a problem because those 20 deaths are actually a loss of life in the digital world. That translates to the real world because that is the reality for people. They get deployed and shipped to battle, and become a statistic. Either a casualty or a survivor. I can say that religion has been the proponent of this. If one religion saw the other as a conflict of interest, then It became a numbers game. If you kill more of the enemy than vice versa, the other religion loses influence. I really get a kick out of it because we don’t really know anything about the next life. There is no tangible proof that all the religious deities don’t all exists. Wouldn’t it be funny if they all happened to be siblings, or actually the same figure? Then all this fighting over the best religion would have been for nothing. Maybe I am over simplifying this whole concept, but the world is pretty simple. It goes by a select number of rules. I just feel like that is for a reason, and it is an indirect sign that God is trying to show us.
