Thanks for the update. I see some nice changes being made. A min bounty makes sense and 0.50 looks perfect to me. It lets new users test the service before placing a bigger bounty.

I also like the list of bounty winners listed highest to lowest. Good idea to keep some of the community rewards as a fail safe.
