Not sure what you're asking about in your post, however these are my thoughts.

While at first this game was really cool, you could earn Steem from it. Now however they switch to this "future"coin that has little to no value. So were you once could make perhaps .5 steem a day from investing into the heist, and based on your average drug production... Now you earn perhaps 5 future coins which have little value and you need at least a thousand of them...

When you're in game, the best thing now to do is invest into a big army and attack people. As that gives you the most rewards and future coins. so invest into your alcohol and weapons cash to buy more troops.

you can pay to play you wish, however I feel that is a waste of money so don't do it. Take the long route and build up over time.
