Dear friends, on this occasion I am back again showing a fried noodle shop that is highly recommended for the northern Aceh area and its surroundings. The fried noodle stall called Mie Apayan is sometimes often called Mie Suree Apayan which is the name of the shop which is typical of the Acehnese language, where Mie means noodles, suree means tuna and Apayan is the name of the owner. The most popular specialty food there is fried noodles / fried indomie + tuna, the price of one portion is IDR 13,000 (4.60 Steem). The location is in the village of Geulumpang Sulu Barat, Dewantara District, North Aceh Province.

At this apayan fried noodle shop, apart from fried noodles + tuna, it also provides other menus such as noodles + squid, noodles + meat, noodles + crab, noodles + shrimp and so on. In addition to fried noodles, the apayan noodle shop also provides drinks as in general coffee shops around northern Aceh, for example selling cold tea drinks, coffee sachets, syrup, and so on.

From the front of the stall, we can see that there are two faces of the building so it looks more spacious. In front of the stall is the fried noodle rack, which Apayan himself directly fries the noodles with his employees. Most interestingly, he always live streams through his social media, namely tiktok called "miesureapayan". He has his own characteristics when doing live on tiktok where the frying pan and spoon are always the main ingredients to be hit hard which produces a big hitting sound. So it's no wonder that his tiktok videos will always go viral for his own behavior that attracts the attention of netizens.

A lot of netizens stop by there to enjoy the delicious fried noodles. In fact, many also came there because of his viral video on tiktok. Friends can see for themselves the conditions at night there. Apayan noodle stalls will be closed on Sundays until the evening.

For the customer's favorite noodles, it's still tongkol fried noodles, hence the name of the stall. The fried noodles are so delicious that there is no fish odor at all and the bones are rarely found because the fish is probably very clean when cleaned.
