Cafe and restaurant BKJS82 on the beach of Bangka Jaya village
Afternoon is the right time to visit this place. Cafe BKJS82 is the name, a semi-restaurant cafe located in Bangka Jaya village, Krueng Geukuh, North Aceh. This cafe is located in a very strategic position with its direction facing the shore of the Malacca Strait.
To reach this place, we have to go through the Medan-Banda Aceh road, then pass the railroad tracks in Krueng Geukuh. The distance from Krueng Geukuh to Bangka Jaya beach is about 1 km or 10 minutes by motorbike. To enter this beach area, we have to pass through a damaged and potholed asphalt road, so we need to be careful especially during the rainy season.
Before reaching the beach and cafe area, we have to pay a levy to the lifeguard, which is IDR 5,000 or $ 0.31 or equivalent to 1.72 Steem. This is the entrance fee for vehicles. While if we walk, there will be no charge.
🍽️BKJS82 Cafe
This cafe has one main building in the shape of a cone and has three floors. The ground floor is larger to accommodate more visitors. On the second floor, the cafe provides a dining area for about 10 tables without chairs. There is only a carpet like artificial grass as the floor. While in the corner of the room there is a swing to pamper visitors.
While on the top floor, there are only two tables because the area is narrow, about 3x3 meters.
At the bottom of the building, there are also several huts with smaller sizes, namely. This building without walls has a size of 2x2 meters and can only accommodate 4 visitors. There are four huts facing directly towards the beach. In front of the hut, there are also four wooden swings and three swings made of net and cloth.
My family and I chose to stop by the second floor. This allows me to take pictures from a higher position and capture more images with clearer natural landscapes and beaches.
We also ordered two portions of food and drinks. There are several food and drink menus offered:

There are actually many traditional cafes around the Bangka Jaya sea floor. However, the BKJS82 cafe is one of the best cafes here. The nuance of this cafe is modern and minimalist. There is a room for worship and also a clean toilet provided for visitors.
Because of these facilities, many beach visitors prefer to stop by this cafe even though some food and drinks are sold at a higher price compared to other cafes around the beach. I suspect the price will increase by 10% compared to other cafes.
I chose to stay at the cafe until dusk. But unfortunately the sun was not too bright, so I couldn't see clearly when the sun really set. Actually this is the moment I've been waiting for, namely when the sun is setting in the twilight clouds.
I immediately left the cafe after paying at the cashier's desk. I immediately went to the parking area provided by the cafe owner. There is no parking fee set, it is completely free, but only applies specifically to customers of this cafe. 😊
