A message to my children.
In your life you will face pain and pleasure of many magnitudes. From hugs and kisses to scrapes and bruises, from your first true innocent first love to the devastating pain of loss from the passing of a loved one. You make break limbs or lose an appendage. You could save a life or create a better future. There is one sure thing, that's life is unexpected but if you trust in yourself and the people who love you then the possibilities are endless. The incredible potential there is to be seen and discovered the troves of knowledge and experience yet to be known. Life is grand my child. Never lose sight of your true potential. Do not hesitate to push forward in the pursuit of happiness and calmly evaluate and breathe during every action. You are a human being, you are the best creature our planet has created. You have a responsibility to preserve peace,freedom and the creatures of life, the earth is our responsibility as a species to protect. Take a place among our kind that keeps Mother Earth safe for the future. I love you, for we are kin.
One of a kind, a trillion atoms, an infinite capacity for imagination and knowledge.
Learning is everywhere, in the books you read the things you say, the blockchain and the quiet.
Never be too certain of your reality, all it might take is one tweak in perspective to make you understand that there is more to life than yourself, but knowing ones self completely is to understand others more definitively. Read the queue’s. Feel the atmosphere, be confident in who you are and what you’re capable of, remember always you are loved. Nights alone will be less cold, times of struggle will cause less concern and patience will come naturally.
Always be patient in others because they may know many things but they may not, if they cant keep up, slow down, give them time to learn or give you a new perspective.

Never be hurtful, if someone is rude or impolite words are your greatest weapon but like many swords that weapon is two sided, knowing how to hurt somebody with your words means you have a responsibility not to. Be kind and kindness will follow. Be intelligent and intelligence will follow. If you have a question ask it. There are only stupid answers.
If you get a stupid answer, run it by someone else, if it doesn’t match up, check the internet and get a consensus and correct the person who needs to know the truth.
A world of hope? Do we see the potential? can we imagine the hospitality of a world without bias? Can we believe in a world better than the current? Can we fathom a time of abundance and prosperity? All these questions and then there is the universe, does it even matter? Literally, our entire planet could be wiped out instantaneously and we would cease to be. All the creativity of our supercomputer like consciousnesses would be meaningless and replaced with a void. So we need to be very very thankful we get to exist in that 0.0000001% of the universe that doesn’t want to end us.
Embrace the unknown, find answers. Start looking where people gave up,Reach further. Failure is just teaching you how to do it right next time, all good experiments need to be tested multiple times.
Every day when you wake up, even if you’re tired or sick, if the sun is out go outside, even for just 1 minute and let the sun touch your face.
Eat breakfast and dont skimp on the little things, getting your chores done first leaves more room for creativity later.
Trust me kids brush your teeth, they’re hard enough to take care of if you do.
Sugar is evil, don’t kid yourselves, it’s the most addictive substance on the planet and is toxic if consumed too frequently. Keep your heart strong. If there is ever a good reason to eat sugar like a party or holiday its okay. Moderation is everything.
I want to write a post like this for you children every year to see how I grow with you, and in case anything ever happens to me you have something to remember me by.
The number one piece of advice I can give you at 25 though is : Communication is the key to every loving relationship, without communicating your never really know what someone is feeling. Listening is a skill , hearing is a virtue, understanding what you’ve listened to and heard is wisdom.
Be kind always, unless somebody is trying to hurt someone you love, which should be all of humanity, then be brave and stand in the face of adversity. Protect the innocent and defend the moral well-being of your community.

If you see someone alone and afraid to be alive, communicate with them. Help the lost find a voice. Thats my advice to you.
I will never judge you, these are only recommendations to living a happier and less ignorant life than most.
My words are what give me hope. Steem is a place to preserve that hope.

You seem young, I don't know how old, but also wise. I was a teen mother and ran up against society in many ways over the course of my life and raising my four children, but have remained my own person with children, who for the most part, can think for themselves.
I feel honored to write here on behalf of your future posterity in saying I perceive you as being courageous, brave and strong and what better example can a father offer?
