USD values are calculated per day via API feeds from Poloniex (for STEEM and SBD values in BTC) and Coindesk (for USD value of BTC). For the hourly breakdown graphs, I show the USD values using the weighted average for that day. For the top 50 reports in USD terms, I then took the average USD value for STEEM and SBD for the week using the daily average which came out to:

• STEEM: $0.23306
• SBD: $0.99677

Assumptions

Please see the first report for a detailed explanation of my personal assumptions related to what this data could mean (along with commentary on previous reports). What it does not show is people powering up, powering down, or if they are buying or selling on an exchange. It's just some interesting data dealing with transfers to and from exchange accounts.

Commentary

• @steemit2 is transferring almost $100k to the exchanges. Maybe getting ready to pay out some Christmas bonuses for the team?

• @hendrikdegrote must have balls of steel. Possible dump coming as the first Power Downs after the hard fork hit? No fear at all, he's buying in for almost $70k. Wow.

• Still a lot more people transfering to exchanges than pulling from them. 5.12 to 1 is the third highest ratio we've seen.

• @smooth is on the deposit list 3 times for a total of almost $23k. Interesting.

• SBD peg was solid all week and the average price of steem went up 37% to over $0.23! Will it hold? Probably not. At the moment, we're below $0.20.

• @jesta's been improving his Power Down tools even more. Check out the latest:
