Example: It's exciting to see these rewards being paid out, since that means someday I can earn them, too.
Another way to get upvotes is get you some shares of @steembasicincome. Look for some contests you can enter to win these shares. Each share earns you an upvote on all posts, for life. Perhaps, that is where you should focus your time and energy...
Another way to earn some upvotes is to use some of the dapps that are available. If you post using busy.org, or dlike.io or others, they will upvote your post for using their dapp.
