Small Business Startup - What Is Your Greatest Hurdle To Getting Started?
I'd like to know what is the greatest hurdle for YOU in starting your business?
I have helped build and have built a handful of successful companies over the last 17 years. I have learned everything I know from experience, personal research, and working with highly skilled teams.
The fields & businesses that I have built range from the financial arena, e-learning, online stores, industrial supply, extream sports, diesel performance shop, and imports/sourcing.
I'm creating a step by step interactive guide right now that walks a person or team through everything they need to get their business started. I hope to release it in the next 30 days! As I come to the finishing touches of this project I'm wondering IF I missed anything and what those items that stop people are.

Information on tax laws so that you are not caught on the wrong side and get penalised.
Thank you for the Great topic! This is a very challenging, yet very important part of any business or endeavor.
I am not a tax professional and have to say check everything with a CPA or other licensed professional.
That being said I handle a lot of the financials and taxes for my day job as COO of a small to medium business here in Texas. We have 6 different companies under our holding company, so I can give you some advice and I will research specifics for you so you have more answers than you started with.
*What state are you in? That will help me pull up sales tax, inventory tax......things like that for you.
*What is the business structure you will be using or are currently set up in? (Sole Proprietorship, Gen. Partnership, LLC, LLP C corp, S corp...)
I can start finding the answers you need with this information. I have some in my ebook that will be released soon, but this may give me the chance to expand upon it.
