Very informative post. Regardless if people view AI as good or bad(Which I'm on the fence) there is definitely a prominent threat. Maybe not a direct one but indirectly like imagine telling AI to reduce over suffering they would kill everyone as they do not understand so it is important if it comes to it to build it properly.
