It is time to disrupt the Recruiting industry. We have been at the juncture for a long time. We have not seen any really disruptive technology. Yes, we are seeing a lot is existing technologies : AI, Machine Learning, etc. How ever we are not really focused on alleviating the need to work with agencies , who historically , rely on asymmetry of information and continue to use this business model to charge exorbitant fees to their clients . Blockchain has the power to to change the paradigm of this stodgy business model. If any one wants to hear more about my thoughts and how I plan to change the paradigm , please reply.
