- Google’s cloud gaming platform Stadia is set to go live on November 19th for the first group of early adopters who paid US$130 for the Founder’s Edition package.

- Remember this includes Metro Exodus and Darksiders Genesis as Launch titles (Embracer Group) and Grid (Codemasters titles) on the platform. Likely as not they will have received upfront payments to be a launch title which could well bolster this quarters numbers as revenue will only be recognized once launched (wont impact Embracer in their Q2 on 14 Nov but it could well do in their Q3 on February 19 2020E).
- Additionally, eight Ubisoft games will be available for purchase through the Stadia platform, including all of this years’ new releases. We are still yet to see the pricing model for the Ubisoft subscription service (UPlay+) via Stadia - this will launch next year.
Ive heard of this and I know its HYPED, but Im ambivalent about it. I game, but I dont need access to a library like this. It seems like a tool in need of a use, an audience and therefore destined to fail. And that's assuming, its everything they've said it will be.

Same here, I can see the use but am not sure I would buy it.
But I remember people doubting streaming models such as Spotify or Netflix and now I can’t live without and it seems so “normal”.
It is a real bet what Google company does with this gaming platform, although I am more familiar with Steam, I would like this Stadia proposal to succeed and not end up like what happened with the social network Google+
Hopefully they will have a more successful launch 😂
i actually loved the thoughts behind stadia. and the thing i'm worried about is Lag Lol
Google is claiming to have Negative Latency which if you ask me is far-fetched and we won't know if it truly is applicable or not. One month to go and then we will all know.

This is going to be a huge event especially considering all the claims that Google are making about Stadia. I am very much interested in the Negative Latency that they are claiming to have on Stadia.
