Stach Philippines 1st Organizational Meeting

Bringing in Filipino Steemians closer to each other is now at reach with the existence of the physical hub office of Stach Philippines. Not only that we aim on uniting Steemians, we also aim on improving their learning about the Steemit community, blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Organization departments were created together with its heads during our meeting yesterday. Each of this department will be filled with officers on the next meeting which will help in formulating and facilitating future activities of the community.

Launching of Iligan Base Steemit Hub

• Safe haven for all steemians
• A venue where steemians can promote and work their online jobs or gigs and events
• An avenue for young steemians to connect at steemit website
• A learning and tutorial area for new born Steemians and training centers to all steemians who want to improve and develop themselves online matters and offgrid concerns.

Office Department Structure & Volunteers

PUBLIC RELATION (Enriching Lives)

Function – Conduct Introductory Engagement with different communities and groups not limited to Iligan city but for the time being focus in Iligan to strengthen its foundation and ground.

Responsibilities – Identify possible communities and groups to interact at to conduct certain activities related or inclined to the vision and mission of the StachPh office and steemit. Secure directories of contacts, linkages and networks with the possible communities and groups. Construct presentation of accomplishment report.

Person in charge – Louie Lowa

Promotion

Function – Promote and advertise Steemit & StachPh through online and offline not limited to Iligan city but for the time being concentrate at Iligan to strengthen its body and foundation.

Responsibilities – Draft promotional gig’s, events, activities, services inclined and connected to steemit and stachph. Craft promotional flyers, portfolio, tarps, chats, video clips, audio clips, visual materials and other promotional methods that could increase the visibility of steemit and stachph.

Person in charge - Juvy Jabian

Workshop and Development

Function – Conduct and implement workshop, trainings, orientation, and educational activities with regards steemit, stachph and other online matters related to it not limited to Iligan city but in the meantime Iligan city must be the priority.

Responsibilities - Facilitate and lead all workshops, trainings, orientation and educational activities within the office and other venue requested to conduct and facilitate.

Community Service

Function – Extend professional, systematic, and scientific support service to the communities who are identified as destitute, neglected, abandoned, marginalized and oppress not limited to human being but also to environment in support of Steemitph and StachPH as their corporate social responsibility and volunteerism.

Responsibilities – Conduct, organize and facilitate all community service relation, activities, program and project under the jurisdiction of the vision and mission of steemitph and stachph.
