How To Prepare Vegetable(pumkin) soup in African way
Vegetable soup is one of the food that every home need in a daily basis. Vegetable is surmounted with numerous health benefits as listed below
1, vegetable(pumkin) aid boost male fertility
2,It is natural antioxidant which contained useful elements that help the body protect itself from bacteria and virus.
3, It is a healing properties due to the presence of vitamin C and antioxidant contained in the leaves.
4, It aids in the production of breast milk in our female counterpart.
5, It aids in control of blood sugar
6, It aids to boost immune system due to natural presence of minerals and vitamin.
To name but few.
The recipe:
Buy a good quality and quantity of vegetable leaves, water leaf, fish, kpomo, stockfish, crayfish, maggi, pepper, oil, meat etc .All you are buying shouldn't be beyond your financial state. Note, the quantity of vegetable should be more than that of water .
Step1, wash the water and vegetable(pumkin)very well to avoid sand
Step2, Slice both leaves neatly and smoothly.
Step3, parboil your meat and fish, add salt, pepper, Maggie, onions and water to it. Boil for 15/20mins
Step4, boil the water leaf with oil without water..for 10/15mins
Step5, Add a cup of water to the waterleaf, add all the ingredients at your disposal and finally, add your vegetable leaves and stir and within 2minutes your vegetable soup is ready for a refreshing meal. Thanks for the opportunity to educate others here.
