Bad Experience
People have different ways of handling bad experience. Some try to detach themselves from the experience, some try to erase the memory by way of forgetting about it while some will choose to ignore it.
You should know that every challenge you encounter introduces yourself to you. Some individuals manage negative experiences well, while others struggle. What we do with the experience defines who we become.
Each new experience creates opportunity for personal growth. Don’t be surprise that everyone has bad experience one time or the other, life is full of ups and downs. How well the situation was managed is what separate those that thrive from those that are merely surviving.
