Journeyman, 3 years and one day of wanderings…

Have you ever met these guys?

So strangely dressed, as if they had escaped from the carnival of antiquities.
I saw them in Strasbourg and I asked why they were dressed that way and they tiredly told me that they are Journeyman's, therefore they are obliged to spend three years and one day in such clothes and on the road.
Without money and without amenities, in different countries and cities…
But why?
To be able to survive only by their craft and learns about it from masters of different countries.
They do not have the right to pay for accommodation and movement. They must learn to be so communicative that people help them themselves.
