Diet rules according to Indian 12 months...

👉 Chaitra (March-April) – Eat jaggery in this month because jaggery purifies your blood circulation and also protects you from many diseases. In the month of Chaitra, you should also consume 4-5 soft neem leaves daily, this will help you avoid all the defects of this month. By chewing neem leaves, the defects present in the body are removed from the body.

👉 Vaishakh (April – May)- Summer starts in the month of Vaishakh. Bel Patra should be used in this month which will keep you healthy. Do not use oil at all in the month of Vaishakh as it can make your body unhealthy.

👉 Jyestha (May-June) – This month is the hottest in India. Sleeping in the afternoon during the month of Jyestha is good for health. Consume cold buttermilk, lassi, juice and as much water as possible. Do not consume stale food, heavy food and hot things. Consuming these can make your body sick.

👉 Ashadh (June-July) – Consume mango, old wheat, sattu, barley, cooked rice, kheer, cold food items, cucumber, palwal, bitter gourd, bathua etc. in the month of Ashadh. Consuming hot things in the month of Ashadh can be harmful for your health.

👉 Shravan (July-August) – Harad should be used in the month of Shravan. Avoid green vegetables in Shravan and also reduce the use of milk. Eat less quantity of food – use old rice, old wheat, Khichdi, curd and light easily digestible food.

👉 Bhadrapada (August-September) – In this month, consume light and easily digestible food. Due to the rainy season, your digestive fire is also slow, so consume easily digestible food. In this month, you should consume Chita medicine.

👉 Ashwin (September-October) – In this month you can consume milk, ghee, jaggery, coconut, munnaka, cabbage etc. These are heavy foods but still they get digested in this month because our gastric fire is strong in this month.

👉 Kartik (October-November) – In the month of Kartik, consume hot milk, jaggery, ghee, sugar, radish etc. Avoid consuming cold beverages. Do not consume buttermilk, lassi, cold curd, cold fruit juice etc., these can harm your health.

👉 Agahan (November-December) – Do not use cold or very hot things in this month.

👉 Paush (December-January) – In this season, consume milk, khoya and khoya products, laddu made of gum, jaggery, sesame, ghee, potato, Indian gooseberry etc. These products will give health to your body. Do not consume cold products, old grains, moth, bitter and dry food.

👉 Magha (January-February) – In this month also you can consume hot and heavy food. You can consume ghee, new grains, laddu made of gum etc.

Phalgun (February-March) – Use jaggery in this month. Make it a rule to do yoga and bath in the morning. Do not use gram.
