#SPUD - 9 Days Left - Have you Told Your Followers? [spud] [steempower]
I am not sure exactly why Americans call potatoes Spuds 🥔. Some say it has to do with a tool called a spud that is used to dig up plants and roots. Eventually the name stuck to potatoes since it was the go to tool for digging them up out of the ground or so they say.
Today, our SPUD mascot finds himself on Cloud 9, reminding us that May 1st, 2019 will be the first official STEEM POWER UP DAY (SPUD) with 9 days left. Be sure to do your part and continue being a part of history.
I have been saving all my rewards for SPUD day, hoping to Power up at least 100 Steem or more! Hoping to do more!!
ps... SPUD is neither happy nor sad, he just is.🤷🏽♂️

Hundred steem is definitely huge man, hahahaha what a way to power up by example, we're definitely solidly behind you and for a sure I believe the turnout will be massive come the first day of may
@josediccus That’s actually very small amount in the big picture. If more people become involved then I will up my Power Up to 200 Steem, but I need to see more people getting involved and pushing this agenda. We need 🐳 🐋

De verdad que la mascota (SPUD) tiene un nombre muy particular, por cierto muy buena explicación del por que de su nombre, esperemos @streetstyle que muchas más personas se unan a tu iniciativa del 1ero de Mayo y celebrar todos juntos el Steem Power up Day.

maybe it will help many steemians will realised not to power down because of this idea of yours. Your idea about this was indeed good benifit for more steemians who think's of giving up.
