I totally noticed the same thing about the Elven Cutthroat. And if I'm remember correctly, it's almost always like this. So... I wonder (like you), if she's just being used incorrectly (a lot), rather than her not being affective (which is kinda what the numbers imply).

I'd love to see a set of Untamed only!

Don't feel too discouraged about feedback. These types of posts are potentially helpful to a lot of folks... but mostly we are just scrolling through and 'plopping info into our memory' in hopes it will help us when battling.
