Chelsea Suffers a woeful defeat at the Hands of Liverpool

While at various points Chelsea seem to be back to their best after periods of sluggish results, they always end up slipping points away. Yesterday Liverpool were able to cook up and fine finishes against the Blues at Anfield. Goals came courtesy of Sadio Mane and Mohammed Salah.

Maurizio Sarri's men failed to produce any decent attempt to goal as Liverpool took home the whole three points. Liverpool are top of the table with two points ahead of second place Manchester City who have one more game at hand to play.

Chelsea hope for top four finish is really slim now and they would hope to fight four the Europa league trophy to further boost their chance for a place in the Champions League. Arsenal are also in the Europa league and will also hope to clinch on the trophy.
