Inter estimated, Modric was training again in Madrid
image Luka Modric has returned to training at Real Madrid after defending Croatia at the 2018 World Cup. Even so, rumors of his move to Inter Milan have not subsided.
Modric gets an additional holiday after delivering his country to the 2018 World Cup final. The 32-year-old midfielder has just returned to training with Madrid on Wednesday (08/08/2018).
Modric attended the morning training session in Valdebebas. He trained with other players who also recently joined, namely Marcelo, Raphael Varane, and Casemiro. They were accompanied by nine players from the Under-18 team and an Oscar from Real Madrid Castilla.
Meanwhile, Mateo Kovacic, who reportedly wants to leave, has also appeared. Kovacic trained separately at the gym.
Modric became Inter's prey in recent times. Inter coach Luciano Spalletti admitted to dreaming of the 2018 World Cup Player of the Year.
However, Madrid insists that Modric will not be released, unless there is a club that redeems its release clause which is worth 750 million euros.
Madrid president Florentino Perez reportedly will speak to Modric directly. Perez reportedly will offer a new contract so that the player is not tempted by Inter's offer.
Inter would be a new challenge for Modric.
