Moreira moves to Aston Villa on loan

The Athletico goalkeeper, Andre Moreira has been sought out by Aston Villa as they have been able to complete a deal that would bring him to their club on a loan basis. Ever since takeover, this is their first transfer they had carried out and they went for their lacking points.
The goalie aged about 22 years has arrived finally to Aston Villa from Athletico and will be at the club throughout this season. This is a great sign that the cash problems that Aston Villa was reported having has finally vanished.

On Thursday, Moreira was having his medicals at Bodymoor Health and his arriving at the club would mean that if he performs better than Jed Steer, the current Aston Villa’s goalkeeper, then he would be wearing the number one jersey. Moreira has been on several loans for Athletico Madrid and the last club he was loaned to was Belenenses. Now, he has returned to his homeland to take up his place and join his teammates, he is already booked to go on another transfer and if he do better, the club might consider a permanent deal and a number one jersey.
