Mbappe wins French player of the year award

The youngster has added another trophy to his cabinet. HE has been voted as the French player of the year by a team of jury consisting of former winners of the award. N’golo Kante won the award last year. Mbappe comes ahead of Antoine Griezmann and Real Madrid’s Varane to win the title. He becomes the 61st player to win the award.
Mbappe has had a sensational year winning the world cup with France and coming out fourth in the Balon D’or ranking.
Mbappe also won the maiden edition of the Kopa trophy invented by the France football for the best young player of the year.
At such a young age, Mbappe has won many awards that many players can only dream of. Indeed, the only major trophy remaining for him is the Champions league.
