Kluivert revealed the reason Justin chose Rome compared to MU
Justin Kluivert has shown good performance while playing for AS Roma. The father, Patrick, revealed the reason he preferred to join the Giallorossi.
Justin is associated with several clubs in the 2018 summer transfer market. Besides Roma, which has been strengthened, Manchester United has become a serious enthusiast.
Justin's decision to join Rome was fully supported by his father. He said that if he joined Manchester United, there was a leap that was too big for Justin.
In the previous MU squad, there was a failed example. Memphis Depay failed to answer Old Trafford's public demands, failing to have a long career in the Premier League.
Justin has contributed to Rome in the form of assists. He fouled Edin Dzeko's goal when Roma won 1-0 when visiting Torino headquarters.
"I think United are a leap too big. Roma are an important club, with less pressure," said Kluivert at Gazzetta dello Sport.
"Roma are not required to always win regardless of the situation and are a club that is accustomed to the style of playing good football. It is an ideal place for Justin at the moment," he added.
