SpringRole (Blockchain powered professional profile verification and attestation protocol)

Hello 👋 everyone, basically I will be making a short summary about the ongoing SpringRole initial coin offering.
What is SpringRole?
SpringRole is a decentralized attestation based professional network platform powered by the blockchain. SpringRole is the platform where people can view, share and get attestations on their professional profile, thereby creating a verified resume that they can share and use. Also a user’s educational qualifications and work experience are verified by the organizations themselves and written directly to the blockchain.In order to assess a user’s skill set, SpringRole has a system of weighted endorsements that let users objectively look at people’s profiles and assess their skill level.

SpringRole will be building a protocol for an attestation skills, work experience, education and so on.
Basically the reputation network with rewards to individuals and arrestees which is the “endorsers”. More also the functionality of the protocol will be enabled by the spring token which is “SPRING”. Individual users will interact with the system and other users using SPRING. Including everything in the system, the cost of attesting, endorsing, rewards for referring individuals, organizations and other system transactions will be demominated in SPRING.

More on this project, Spring foundation will be building the Spring network from the ground up, while considering all stakeholders. Individual users are fairly incentivized with SPRING as are attested a, ultimately providing a highly useful and validated resource for recruiters and prospective employers, partners and others. In fact by fairly incentivizing users, users are always and also be the central focus of the network.

What is an attestation?
Attestation can be claims or demand made by a candidate which have to be verified by the parties that possess the information to verify it. Taking for an example a candidate mentions going to a particular University of his/her choice, the information required to verify it rests only with the university or any other higher institutions. However the university has to attest the information that the university has to attest the information that is provided with an implicit trust in the fact that the university executed the required due diligence before attesting.

Attestation protocol.
The Spring network is functional designed to promoting trust among people and companies Spring will be building an attestation system powered by the use of public ledger and reputation.

Brief summary about an attestor
Basically is the spring attestation system, attestors will be a subset of users who will validate the veracity of various claims. Including the following are some classes of attestors:
• person
• companies
• universities
• course provider
• examination provider and many more.
