SpringRole (A protocol for a trust based decentralized professional network)

SpringRole will be using the blockchain for building a trusted verification and attestation platform.

SpringRole will be having a real reason to be on the blockchain. Basically SpringRole are confident that we are solving real problems that exist in today’s profile verification methodologies. And more also the power of the blockchain has given us complete control and provides us with the flexibility to develop a trustworthy verification and attestation process from ground up.

Spring token.
(
SpringRole network is powered by the SPRING token. Every action taken on the platform is linked to the token and the token can be used within the platform to perform various actions.

SpringRole will also be focusing on the token ecosystem (spring).
SpringRole are planning to powering the use of the Spring network with the spring token “SPRING”. Each action is linked to spring and can be used for various transactions on the platform.

Various ways to obtaining tokens are:

1. To referring anyone such as (friends needs to accept, complete their profile and receive a certain number of endorsements).
2. To referring a company (company needs to accept and complete a transactions).
3. Get rewarded because of individual endorsements based on the weight of the endorsement.
4. The validator can also be a person attesting a skill, university attesting a degree company attesting an employment gets a fraction of the tokens based on the ratio of their reputation. Have given a brief summary about attestation on my last post about SpringRole.
5. Individual complete their profile and get attestations.
6. Also individual can work as a mediator in a franlancing project.

Usefulness of Spring tokens are has follows:
• Endorse or attest a skill
• Obtain access to attested or validated resumes on behalf of employers.

Also SpringRole will be focusing on the use cases.
The spring network essentially provides a verified resume/profile using blockchain technology and an incentives system. Anything requiring a resume and the skill level of an individual can be built on top of the Spring protocol. Some of the use cases includes the following:
• Employee reference checks
• University reference checks
• Job board
• Freelancing platform
• Sales outreach platform
• Direct mailing within the network
• Clientale showcasing for freelancers.
• Smart contract audit/code review
• Survey/feedback network
• Mock interview platform
