Spotted or Dotted Deers in Sundorbon

Spotted or dotted Deer are most beautiful deer in the world. The dotted deer lives in Sundorbon, Khulna, Bangladesh. They used to like to live in a flock.

Sambar, Barking, Spotted, Swamp are the species of deer found in Bangladesh. All deer are forest dwellers and they are feed on grasses, leaves, flowers, fruits. Adults are matured in 1-2 years. Like other mammals, in deer species, one young or rarely two are born at a time.

Earlier Spotted or dotted deer have found in other forests of Bangladesh but now it is seen in the forest Sundorbon only. Spotted Deer is also called as chitra harin in Bengali, it is a medium-sized deer .
