After the removal of Messi, the Argentine Football Association filed an appeal.
As it became known that after the removal of Argentina's captain Lionel Messi in the match for the third place of the America's Cup 2019 against Chile, the Argentine Football Association decided to appeal.
Messi was removed at the end of the first half for the incident with Gary Medel, after which, at the end of the match, Messi refused to enter the award ceremony and accused the South American Football Federation of corruption, for which he could face suspension up to two years.
Also in CONMEBOL will be sent a letter from Messi about his removal, where there may well be an apology to the federation. I hope that this situation will be resolved positively for Messi and we will see this brilliant player soon in the game.
