Would Shaq have won 12 rings?
Kobe recently said that if Shaq had his work ethic, he would have 12 rings. And honestly, I agree. While Stephen A. Smith disagrees, citing the animosity between them as a reason, I truly believe if Shaq had Kobe's work ethic, there wouldn't have been animosity between the two guys.

They sure would have won more than 3 rings together but not 12. It’s funny that Shaq responded that Kobe would have won 12 rings if he didn’t hog the ball so much.

I think part of it might be ego too. Perhaps now that they're on better terms, they both wish to help each other solidify their legacies as all time greats
