Football enthusiasts and African football supporters have since taken to the social media to praise the performance of the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
Joe Aribo scored the lone goal in the 35th minute for the Super Eagles before Casemiro’s second-half strike saved brazil from being defeated.
The five-time world champions won 3-0 in their last encounter in 2003, the draw is the best Nigeria have could have gotten.
On the back of the impressive showing, football fans have taken to social media to heap praise on Gernot Rohr’s men.
