HOW NINE MINUTES DID THE MAGIC FOR ARSENAL
Arsenal would have broken the record with another loss making it the tenth one this season. They had a lifeless first half with no goal to show for their little effort. For almost one hour, they seemed miserable on the pitch, and then from nowhere, we saw the emergence of Gabriel Martinelli, who did magic and scored his first goal in the first league start. He finished a cross from the left by Saed Kolasinac.
The goal made Arsenal come back to life almost immediately. Nicholas Pepe performed another magic through Pierre-Emerick Aumbameyang's assist. Pepe moved past the goalkeeper to score the second goal.
Arsenal did not stop there. Aumbameyang scored another goal after he caught Pepe's cross.
In nine minutes, three goals crept in from the Gunners side, and his win prompted West Ham fans to leave the Olympic Stadium even before the match ended officially. Arsenal is now on the ninth position in the league table.
