Banco para trabajo de remate de voleibol
Siguiendo con el trabajo de mejora de los materiales para el entrenamiento del equipo me plantearon la posibilidad de hacer una plataforma móvil para poder realizar entrenamientos de ataque en estático y que fuera segura.
Comenzamos con la materia prima, simplemente 6 largueros de madera de 250 x 25 (25€).
El proyecto es hacer un cajón de 100x70x70, que nos da una plataforma suficiente para trabajar cómodamente
El trabajo comienza cortando los largueros en las medidas necesarias con la sierra circular para hacer la estructura externa.
Encolando todos largueros y dejándolos por la noche para que quedaran fijos.
Unimos todas las partes con escuadras para mantener los 90 grados en las esquinas y poniendo refuerzos laterales para poder atornillar.
Cerramos la caja con la última tapa
Hacemos la tapa final con un par de largueros internos para tener mas consistencia
Damos los últimos retoques para que no tengamos aristas
Y aquí tenemos el resultado final

Si! Se pueden hacer ejercicios de defensa sin necesidad de tener jugadores saltando. Hay muchos ejercicios que permiten utilizar bancos de este estilo!!
