Sepak Takraw

Sepak Takraw uses a rattan ball and players are only allowed to use their head, chest, knee or feet during the game.

It is like a kick volleyball and it is a native sport game from Southeast Asia.

It was indeed a fast-moving game without using their hands but kicking the ball over the net.

We can see how the players jumped to use their feet to kick the rattan ball.
